YIN-YANG Print version 4 by imperterrito YIN-YANG Print version 4 by imperterrito
CALENDAR 2014 AVAILABLE!

I have made a Deviantart calendar with my best photos from the Yin-Yang series. You can have a look at it (and if you like it, buy it) here: fav.me/p34535735

These works are part of a series of double exposures taken with a Holga on 120 film roll, in the way of photographer Harry Callahan. There is no Photoshopping apart from levelling and cleaning the scans.

There are some other deviantprint products from this series available, have a look at them!.
I also have a limited series of signed and numbered prints, with an embossed stamping. If you'd like to have one of these, please let me know.

Si deseas copias de mis obras firmadas, numeradas y con sello en relieve, puedes contactar conmigo para ver cuáles están disponibles.

Haha, I remember faving this long ago.
I really don't have a lot of favorites, I keep them kinda special and like looking through them every now and then.
I'm pretty sure I read your description back then too but the name of "Harry Callahan" never stuck to my mind for some reason. Which is a pity cause a couple months ago someone recommended him to me and now I built my entire bachelor thesis on his photographs and especially his double exposure buildings :D
I was fascinated by your images of this series back then and the same feeling came back to me, when I really looked up harry callahan for the first time.
You did amazing on these pictures, truly like Callahan's :)

Hey, don't feed my ego that way or I will fall in love with you, lady! :D

I am really pleased to hear that you appreciate my work. Someone said that if you have to copy someone, copy the greatest ones. And Callahan was one of them. I love his experimental works, and his wife series is truly amazing. He would have been quite a Deviantart artist.

Thank you for your words, Silke, and the best of luck with your thesis.
